The checkers run entirely in your browser. Runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored or sent by this site.

The checkers

The appliances, hours, chemistry, temperatures and battery choices you enter are processed inside your browser to apply published rules to them. They are not sent to this site’s servers, stored, or shared with anyone. There is no form submission, no request carrying the numbers, no cookie and no analytics event. Because the site never receives them, it holds no data about you from using a checker. The only network request a checker page makes is for the published dataset itself, from this site’s own origin. The page’s Content Security Policy (connect-src 'self') prevents any script on the page from sending a request anywhere else.

What is measured, and how

No client-side analytics. No analytics script, tag, pixel or beacon is loaded on any page. The build fails if one is added.
Search Console. Page demand is read from Google Search Console’s aggregated reports, which this site does not control and which do not identify you.
Outbound retailer clicks. No outbound link on this site currently passes through a redirect or is counted. If the affiliate layer is switched on, affiliate links will pass through a same-origin /go/ redirect that records the merchant, product id, source page and a coarse referrer class per click, never an IP address, full user-agent string, cookie or anything you typed, and this notice will be updated first.
Corrections. The corrections form emails the editor and stores nothing. If you give an email address it is kept only until the correction is resolved, then deleted.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. It uses no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, so no third party sets cookies through it either. Retailer sites you click through to have their own policies.

Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare’s network. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the pages and protect against abuse under its own privacy policy; this site does not receive or store that data.

Assistants

If you use an AI assistant to read this site, your assistant’s provider may retain what you ask it. This site never receives it.
